Spacious Double Room with Shared Bathroom and Kitchen in Monterosso Calabro

The room will be a very spacious double room, with a French door that makes it bright and equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, Smart TV, and a wardrobe. Only the bedroom is private; the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces. Guests are therefore kindly asked to respect the common areas and leave them clean after use.

Avoid excessive noise in the apartment after 10:00 PM and until 7:00 AM.
No external guests are allowed without prior authorization.

The kitchen is available for everyone; guests are required to wash and clean everything they use and not leave food unattended.

The bathroom is shared and must be used with respect: please do not leave towels or personal items in common areas.
