4. Processing methods
Processing is carried out using computer and/or paper-based tools in compliance with the security measures required by current legislation.
Online bookings are managed through the Smoobu GmbH platform, which acts as data controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Payments made via PayPal are managed directly by PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, which acts as an independent Data Controller for transaction data.
5. Data retention
The data will be retained for the time necessary to execute the contract and to fulfill tax and legal obligations.
