Cancellation Policy

Cancellation PolicyYou can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date, with a refund of the amount paid.

If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged the first night. If you do not show up, you will not be refunded and will be charged the full amount.

It is possible to move the arrival date (only once) up to 5 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (bookings made within 5 days of arrival), in case of cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount will not be refunded.
