The room will be a twin room with single beds that can be joined if needed, making it ideal for friends or a couple. It is small but functional and equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a window that makes it bright and welcoming.

 Only the bedroom is private; the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces. Guests are therefore kindly asked to respect the common areas and leave them clean after use.

Quiet hours and house rules:
Avoid excessive noise in the apartment after 10:00 PM and until 7:00 AM.
No external guests are allowed without prior authorization.
The kitchen is available for everyone; guests are required to wash and clean everything they use and not leave food unattended. The bathroom is shared and must be used with respect: please do not leave towels or personal items in common areas.

 Please report any issues or needs promptly.

During long stays, we do not provide daily cleaning but weekly cleaning (unless there are new arrivals, in which case common areas will be cleaned).

You are therefore responsible for keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, as they may be used by other guests. Extra towels and bed linen are available for an additional fee payable on site.
